Making personal vegan pizzas is super easy. It’s perfect for college students, busy weeknights, or quick lunches.
This recipe can be altered. Use whatever veggies you love or have laying around. Vegan cheese is optional. I love pizza just as much without vegan cheese when flavorful ingredients like pesto, garlic, and artichokes are used.
I like making this for a group of people. Just chop up all the toppings, place them in separate bowls, and let everyone choose whatever they want. It’s a pizza party where everyone gets their favorite pizza!
